1. Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Please note that certain items may be exempt from return, including:

2. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you via email regarding the status of your return. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to process, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Please note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If your order included free shipping, the actual shipping cost (typically £5.99–£7.99, depending on the order size) may be deducted from your refund.
- If the product is not in its original condition or is damaged, a partial refund or no refund may be granted.
3. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, please contact us at returns@thehappygarden.uk within 10 days of receiving your order, including your order number and, if applicable, photos of the item.
4. Shipping Returns
To return your product, please get in touch with our customer service team at returns@thehappygarden.uk for instructions and the return address.
- You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect items).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the package arrives safely. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered returned items.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
